Calm Spirit

Our formula for reducing stress responses, calming the nervous system, and preventing anxiety.  This was one of our Master Herbalists first creations, and by far the most popular one!

This formula is safe for children (with correct dosing by weight), as well as adults of all ages.  

It can be taken a half hour before bedtime to help prevent "racing mind" or trouble quieting the mind, and gently ease you into a good nights sleep, or if taken in conjuction with our Quiet Night formula in our Insomnia Kit, it is a good preventative for insomnia!

The tincture kit is for those who wish to make their own tincture at home in greater quantity, or for countries where tinctures cannot be shipped.
